About Gabrielle Weinman
Asked to pick between advertising and design majors at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California, Gabrielle picked both — a bit unusual at the time. Little did she know how fortuitous the choice would be. Two weeks after graduation she got her first job at Keith Bright & Associates designing corporate identities for cruise lines to overnight shipping companies. She was even able help save the planet by designing the “Heal the Bay” logo which is still in use today.
Gabrielle moved on to become a print designer for Lexus automobiles, and in a few short years the internet was born, and so was her role in founding the digital creative practice at Team One Advertising. Starting from scratch in a totally new discipline, she used both her advertising and design training to create award-winning, integrated campaigns lauded with Effies, Clios and One Show Award pencils.
Not able to fit another Lexus sample in her overstuffed portfolio Gabrielle was lured away by new opportunities, big titles and new brands to work on. Most recently she held the title of EVP, Chief Digital Creative Director at Dailey Advertising, Los Angeles. Yet the desire to build a brand of her own based on helping others is what inspires her today.
